Guest：Very dissatisfied with the process of check in and checking out. Checking in was very slow, only one person at the reception desk and a confusion with the unit that I paid. Also, I got overcharge for the room. Overall, the hotel is nice, clean, beach front, walkable to shopping and restaurants. It was our first time to Tulum and it was fun.
Guest：I felt like I was in nature the entire time. What a beautiful property in a natural setting, complete with sand walkways around the rooms. I felt so at peace here. The ocean was the constancy presence in my six day stay. I’m looking forward to returning soon.

Guest：I can honestly can not find anything negative to say about Ahau. It really was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing, the room was amazing. Entire hotel was amazing. Service was top notch. The ocean was full of sea **** but the hotel was so good at cleaning it up from the beach. These guys work very hard. It takes them hours to clean the sea ****. The concierge was absolutely perfect. They were always in touch with us. Also one thing I liked was we can ask for anything through WhatsApp. Any request any problem. I like that system a lot.
